How to Sort Contact Tags in PhotoBiz
Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes the Contacts tool, which helps you manage contact information for customers, leads, and vendors. You can also use tags to keep your contacts organized into helpful groups.
If you have a long list of tags, sorting them can make it easier to find what you need. This guide shows you how to sort your tags in just a few clicks.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your Contacts control panel, click on TAGS.
FINAL STEP
Use the Sort By dropdown to sort your tags by:
- Name, A–Z
- Name, Z–A
- Contact Count (number of contacts using each tag)
Once you make a selection, your list will automatically refresh to reflect your sorting choice.
