With the PhotoBiz Forms & Contracts tool, you can easily build a newsletter subscription form so visitors can opt into your email updates. Once your form is live, there are two simple ways to check who has signed up.
This option lets you view a list of everyone who filled out your newsletter sign-up form.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-hand menu.
At the top of the Forms dashboard, click SUBMISSIONS.
Click on the name of your sign-up form to view a full list of submissions. You’ll see the names and info of everyone who opted in.
If your sign-up form includes a Tag, all submissions after the tag was added will be automatically grouped in your Contacts list.
In your PhotoBiz account, click CONTACTS from the left-hand menu.
Click TAGS at the top of your Contacts dashboard.
Find the tag you used for your sign-up form and click on the # OF CONTACTS to view your subscriber list.
💡 Pro Tip: This tag will also be available when sending out your Email Marketing campaigns, so you can easily email all your subscribers at once.
Your list of subscribers that have signed up under that tag will display like the example below.
