How to Search Your Contacts in PhotoBiz
The Contacts section in your PhotoBiz account is where all form submissions, client gallery activity, orders, and other interactions are stored. This data is invaluable for re-marketing, follow-ups, and email marketing campaigns. Here's how to search and manage your contacts:
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
You can search by Last Name, First Name, Email, Phone, or Contact Type by typing into the search bar next to the magnifying glass icon.
You can also filter your contacts based on their tag, opt in status, or if they're a lead, customer, or vendor listed in your contacts.
After you've done a search of your contacts, your results will display similar to the screen shot below.
