PhotoBiz Website Package includes CRM tools that make organizing lists of Contacts easy. You can use tags to put your contacts into specific lists in case you want to re-market to them. Tagging contact entries within your Contacts tool makes it easier to find and target a specific group of customers, potential customers, or vendors. This guide will walk you through the steps of using the Contacts section to tag multiple contacts at once.
Important Note: Tags can automatically be applied to contacts on form submission by adding a tag to a form.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
You'll see a list of your contacts. Check the checkbox to the left of each contact you'd like to tag.
Check the boxes next to the contacts you'd like to tag and then click the add tag button.
STEP THREE
A lightbox window will appear that will allow you to enter your tag(s). Enter one tag at a time and click on the ADD TAG button.
Important Note: Any tags you've previously set up will show in the drop-down on this section.
You'll see the tag(s) you've added listed similar to the screenshot below, click on save changes to add the tag to your selected contacts.
After you click on SAVE CHANGES, you'll see a confirmation message.
