Using PhotoBiz ECommerce & Client Galleries
If you offer prints that include retouching and want to deliver a final digital version of the image to your customer, you can easily set this up using PhotoBiz ECommerce and Client Galleries. This guide will show you how to create a custom print size that includes retouching, sell it through your Client Galleries, and then send the final edited digital file to your customer.
You must have a Client Galleries event created for your client.
Your ECommerce must be active in your PhotoBiz account.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
Hover over SELL ONLINE, then click PRINTS from the drop-down menu.
Click the NEW PRINT SIZE button.
If you have already created print sizes, they will be listed here.
Set Up the Retouched Print Size
The right-side panel will open. Enter the details for your retouched print option:
Print Size – Example: 8x10 Retouched + Digital Copy
Price – Include your retouching fee and the value of the digital file
Charge Tax – Select whether tax should be applied
Additional Shipping – Optional for specialty or oversized prints
Click ADD PRINT SIZE to save.
Deliver the Retouched Digital File
After a client places an order:
Retouch the image in your editing software
Upload the final version to a new gallery in the same Client Galleries event
Send the client a link to download their retouched digital images.
Once you've sent the download link, your clients will receive an email with a link to download their digital images in a .zip file. The download link is valid for 7 days.
