PhotoBiz Website Package allows you to sell your prints, products, packages, services, and more online with ECommerce. You can also make gift cards available to use towards purchases through your Store and Client Galleries. This guide will walk you through how to customize the emails that go out to your clients with their gift card.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over the SELL ONLINE option and click on GIFT CARDS in the drop down menu.
STEP THREE
On the upper right side of your GIFT CARD control panel, click on the GEAR ICON.
FINAL STEP
In the right column, you'll find the following options:
- AUTOMATED EMAIL: You can choose Yes or No to send an automatic email out to clients with their gift card details.
- GIFT CARD SUBJECT: The subject line for your automated gift card email.
- GIFT CARD MESSAGE: The thank you message for your automated gift card email.
Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to apply your settings for your gift card automated email.
