How to Re-Sort Images in Client Galleries

PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to create private, password-protected galleries for your clients. By default, images are displayed in the order they were uploaded. If you’d like to change the order, you can use the Re-Sort Images option or manually drag and drop images into the sequence you prefer.

Follow the steps below to re-sort your images.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the EVENT NAME that contains the gallery you want to re-sort.

STEP THREE

Click on the RE-SORT IMAGES button.

STEP FOUR

You'll have a pop up confirming you'd like to re-sort the images that says the following:

"The images in this gallery will be re-sorted by file name in ascending order (A-Z), overriding your current image sequence. This action cannot be undone!"

Check the Yes option and click the re-sort images button to process the re-sort.

Good to Know

  • Gallery names display above the grid view and in the menu bar of client galleries events. Clients can click on the gallery names to access the different sections of their event.

  • Re-sorting only changes the display order for that gallery—it does not rename or overwrite your files.
