How to Change Settings for Individual Events in Client Galleries
PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to create private, password-protected galleries where clients can view images, mark favorites, leave comments, and purchase prints, products, packages, and digital downloads. You can customize the settings for each event to fit your workflow.
Follow the steps below to change the settings for an individual Client Galleries event.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the EVENT NAME of the gallery you want to update.
STEP THREE
Click on the GEAR ICON in the upper-right corner of the Client Galleries event.
FINAL STEP
In the EVENT SETTINGS panel, you can update the following options:

Event Name – Controls the name of the event and directly affects the event’s URL.

Expiration Date – Once this date passes, the gallery will no longer be accessible. You can extend or update it at any time.

Password – Add a password to protect the event.

Price List – Connects the event to a price list from your Ecommerce setup. Learn how to create a price list.

Cover Page Email Collection – Collects visitor email addresses when they access the event.

Email Automation Series – Connect an automated email series to this event, or create a new one.

Allow Free Downloads – Enable free downloads for clients. To charge for downloads, select NO and manage digital images through your Ecommerce price list.

Download Resolution – Control the size/quality of downloadable images.

Allow Favorites – Let clients select and save their favorite images.

Allow Sharing – Give clients sharing options via embed, email, blog, or social media.

Allow Comments – Allow clients to leave comments on images (only you will see them).

Display Magnifier – Toggle whether the magnifier tool is available.

Display Watermark – Choose if a watermark is displayed on gallery images.

Display File Names – Decide whether file names appear under images.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings panel and click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.
