PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to create private, password protected galleries to showcase your client images and allow them to mark favorites, leave comments, and purchase their images as prints, products, packages, and digital downloads. This guide will walk you through the steps of changing settings for individual events in Client Galleries.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Client Galleries EVENT NAME you wish to change the settings for.
STEP THREE
Click on the GEAR ICON on the upper right corner of your Client Galleries event.
FINAL STEP
Event Name: Control what the name of the event is. This also directly affects the URL for this specific Client Galleries event.
Expiration Date: Once this date passes, the event will no longer be accessible. However, you can come back into the event settings to update the date.
Password: Option to password protect your events.
Price List: Connects to a price list that you've created within your Ecommerce. Click here to learn how to create a price list.
Cover Page Email Collection: This allows you to capture visitors' email addresses to see who has accessed events in your client proofing.
Email Automation Series: Connect an email automation series for client gallery events. You can also edit and create a new one.
Allow Free Downloads: Give your customer the option to download the image(s) for free. If you would like to charge for the downloads, select "NO" here and manage your digital images through Ecommerce and the price list.
Download Resolution: Control the image download resolution.
Allow Favorites: Option to allow your customers to select their favorite images from their client gallery event.
Allow Sharing: Allows your customer to share their Proofing event by embedding the event, sharing to email, a blog post, and social media.
Allow Comments: Gives your customers the ability to comment on the image which you as the photographer will be the only one to view.
Display Magnifier: Toggle yes/no to control whether the magnifier tool is available to your clients or not.
Display Watermark: Toggle yes/no to control whether a watermark displays or not.
Display File Names: Toggle yes/no to control whether the images in the event display the file name.
Scroll to the bottom of the EVENT SETTINGS and click on SAVE CHANGES to apply any changes that you've made to your event settings.
