Overview
This article explains how to download individual images from a PhotoBiz Client Gallery when free downloads are enabled by the photographer. You will learn how to open a photo, use the Download icon, and enter your email address to start the download. You can repeat the process for any additional images you want to save.

Open your Client Gallery and locate the photo or photos you want to download.
Click a photo to open it in a larger view. At the bottom of the image, click the Download icon to begin the download process.
If you have not already entered your information during this session, you will be prompted to enter your email address in the right-side menu.
After you enter your email address, the download will begin automatically.
Repeat these steps for any additional photos you want to download. During the same session, you should not be prompted to enter your email address again. Your selected image should save to your device once the download is complete.
Free downloads are controlled by the photographer. If you do not see a Download icon, free downloads may not be enabled for that image or gallery.
Downloaded files are usually saved to your device’s default downloads location. On a computer, check your Downloads folder. On a phone or tablet, check your browser downloads, Photos app, or Files app depending on your device settings.
If you purchase digital images from a Client Gallery, your images are delivered by download link after your payment is processed. You can access and download your purchased images from your receipt.
