How to Add Music to Your PhotoBiz Client Galleries

Overview

PhotoBiz Client Galleries let you add music to create a more engaging viewing experience for your clients. You can add up to three music tracks to a private, password-protected Client Gallery event. This guide walks you through how to open a Client Gallery event and choose music using the Music Selection settings.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have a Client Gallery event created in your PhotoBiz account. If you want to use your own custom music, upload your MP3 files under Files > Music before adding them to the gallery.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Click EVENTS at the top center of your Client Galleries Dashboard. This displays the Client Gallery events available in your account.

STEP THREE

Click the name of the Client Gallery event you want to add music to. If you have multiple events, you can search for an existing event by name in the search bar. If you are starting from a new gallery, create the event first, then open the event details screen.

STEP FOUR

In the event details screen, click the MUSIC SELECTION icon in the top-right corner. This opens the music settings for the selected Client Gallery event.

FINAL STEP

In the Music Selection settings, choose your music options for the gallery. You can turn Autoplay Music on or off and select up to three songs using Music Selection 1, Music Selection 2, and Music Selection 3. After your selections are in place, preview the gallery to confirm the music plays the way you want clients to experience it.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

You can customize the gallery audio experience using the following options:

Autoplay Music: Choose whether music starts automatically when your client opens the gallery.
Music Selection 1, 2, and 3: Add up to three tracks to the gallery.
Built-in music bank: Select from PhotoBiz’s royalty-free music options.
Custom MP3 files: Use your own MP3 files after uploading them under Files > Music in your account.

Troubleshooting

Why don’t I see my custom music file?

Make sure the file has been uploaded under Files > Music in your PhotoBiz account. Custom music must be uploaded there before it can be selected in a Client Gallery event.

You can add up to three music tracks to a Client Gallery event.

Can I use PhotoBiz music instead of uploading my own?
