PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy to showcase the images you've taken for your customers in private, password-protected galleries. You have control over whether you want to make it easy for your customers to email a link to their event or favorite images in your Client Galleries event settings. This guide will walk you through the steps of disabling the Share option in your Client Galleries events.
Important Note: Allowing sharing in client galleries will include a thumbnail image from your event galleries, disabling sharing will not allow that thumbnail to be shared with 3rd parties.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the event name you want to disable sharing for or create a new event.
STEP THREE
Click on EVENT SETTINGS on the upper right side of your event.
FINAL STEP
Scroll down and select NO in the ALLOW SHARING option and then click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the event settings to disable the share icon from your client gallery event.
After you've updating the Allow Sharing option to no, the share icon will not appear from the large view of images or menu section in the client galleries events. Favorites will only be allowed to be shared back directly to the photographer.
