How to Choose Where Your Watermark Displays in Client Galleries

Overview

PhotoBiz allows you to control where your watermark appears inside your Client Galleries. You can choose to display your watermark only when a client views a large image, or on both the large image view and the gallery grid view.

In this guide, you will learn how to update your watermark display settings so your images are protected exactly how you prefer.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure:

• You have uploaded or enabled a watermark in your Client Galleries
• You have at least one active Client Galleries event

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.

This opens your Client Galleries dashboard.

STEP TWO

Click SETTINGS at the top of the Client Galleries dashboard.

This opens your global gallery settings.

FINAL STEP

Locate the Display watermark in section.

Choose where you want your watermark to appear:

• Large image view only
• Both large image view and grid view

Your selection will automatically apply to your Client Galleries.

Understanding Image Views

Client Galleries display images in two different ways, the screen shots below give both examples. Choosing both options adds an extra layer of protection by displaying your watermark across all views.

Large Image View

This is the full-size preview shown when a client clicks on an image.

Grid view

This is the thumbnail layout showing multiple images at once inside the gallery.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

• Watermark settings apply globally to your Client Galleries
• Changes will affect both new and existing galleries
• Displaying watermarks on grid view can help discourage image downloads or screenshots
