How to Move Images from Your Website to the Image Clipboard

The Image Clipboard allows you to reuse images anywhere inside your PhotoBiz account without uploading them again. When you move an image into the Clipboard, it creates a reusable copy. The original image stays in place, and you can insert the copied version as many times as you need in any area that supports image uploads.

This guide shows you how to move images from your Website Builder into the Image Clipboard so you can reuse them throughout your account.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu. This opens your Website Builder.

STEP TWO

Click on the page that contains the images you want to move to the Image Clipboard.

You can move images from any block that supports images, including:

Image Block
Banner Block
List Block
Text plus Image Block
Form Block
Video Block

Open the page in the builder so you can access the block settings.

STEP THREE

Click on the block that contains the image or images you want to copy to the Image Clipboard.

The block settings will open on the right side of your screen. You will see thumbnail previews of the images currently used in that block.

STEP FOUR

In the right-side panel, click and hold your mouse button.

Drag the teal selector box over a single image or multiple images you want to add to the Image Clipboard. The selected images will be outlined in green.

FINAL STEP

Once your images are selected, click and hold your mouse on the highlighted images.

Drag them to the CLIPBOARD button and release your mouse to drop them into the Image Clipboard.

Your images are now saved as reusable copies in the Image Clipboard. You can insert them anywhere in your PhotoBiz account that allows image uploads, including Website pages and Client Galleries, without uploading the files again.

Helpful Notes

Moving an image to the Image Clipboard creates a copy. It does not remove the image from your current block.
You can reuse the copied image unlimited times.
The Image Clipboard can be accessed anywhere in your account where image uploads are supported.
You can organize Clipboard images into folders to keep your files organized.
