Overview
The Client Galleries Dashboard gives you a centralized view of your gallery performance, including sales, orders, activity, and event status. It helps you quickly understand how your galleries are performing throughout the year.
In this guide, you will learn how to access the dashboard and understand each section so you can track revenue, monitor activity, and manage your client galleries more efficiently.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
This opens your Client Galleries Dashboard, where you can view a year-to-date summary of your gallery performance and activity.
Once you are inside the dashboard, you will see several sections that provide insights into your client galleries. Each section is interactive, allowing you to click and view more detailed information.
At the top of the dashboard, you will see a summary of your client galleries for the selected year.
By default, the current year is displayed. You can use the arrows next to the year to view previous years.

The GALLERIES OVERVIEW section displays your revenue by month in a bar graph for the selected year.
This section helps you identify trends and busy seasons in your business.
The GALLERY STATUS section shows your current active and expired galleries.
This makes it easy to quickly see which galleries are still available and which have expired.
The TOP PERFORMING GALLERIES section shows your top 10 performing events year-to-date based on total sales.
Use this section to identify your most successful sessions or clients.
The RECENT ACTIVITY section shows the latest actions across your client galleries.
This section helps you stay up to date on client interactions such as favorites, comments, and downloads.
The EXPIRING GALLERIES section shows the next 10 events that are set to expire.
This helps you manage timelines and follow up with clients before galleries expire.
