PhotoBiz Support uses a PIN number as part of the verification process to make sure the person on the phone is authorized to work on the account when you call into our office for assistance. You can change or update your PIN number for your account very easily in your control panel, this guide will walk you through the steps.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your My Account control panel, mouse over the ACCOUNT DETAILS option and in the drop-down menu that opens, click on the LOGIN INFO option.
FINAL STEP
On the Login Info screen, you can update your PIN number and click on save changes to apply it to your account.
