Overview
Managing product status in PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to control which products are visible and available for purchase on your website and in Client Galleries. You can update product status individually when making specific changes or use Bulk Actions to quickly update multiple products at once.
This guide walks you through both methods so you can easily publish, unpublish, or disable products as needed. By the end, you will know how to manage product visibility efficiently across your store.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu. This opens your ECommerce dashboard where you manage products, pricing, and store settings.
At the top of the ECommerce dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE, then click PRODUCTS. This will open your full list of products and/or product categories.
Locate the product you want to update. Click directly on the product name to open the product editor.
Good To Know: If you have multiple pages or categories of products, you can use the search bar to easily locate products by name.
Inside the product editor, locate the Active setting.
Select the status you want to apply to the product, then click Save Changes.
Your update is applied immediately.
Return to your product list and confirm the product now shows the correct status.
Active products are visible and available for purchase on your website and in Client Galleries. Inactive products are hidden from customers.
From the PRODUCTS list in ECommerce, select the products you want to update by checking the boxes next to each product.
Click the BULK ACTIONS button at the top of the product list.
In the Select Bulk Actions window, choose Active: Yes or Active: No, then click APPLY CHANGES.
All selected products will update immediately based on your selection.
