How to Use the Search Tool in PhotoBiz Client Galleries

Your PhotoBiz website includes Client Galleries, giving your clients a secure place to view and order images from their sessions. As you add more events, the built-in search tool makes it easy to quickly find the one you need.

This short guide walks you through how to use the search feature in your Client Galleries control panel.

STEP ONE

Open Client Galleries

Log in to your PhotoBiz account.
From the left-side menu, click Client Galleries to open your gallery dashboard.

STEP TWO

Use The Search Bar

In the upper-right corner, you’ll see the search bar.
Click inside the search field and start typing any keywords or the name of the event you're looking for.

STEP THREE

View Search Results

As you type, matching events will appear automatically.
You can also click the magnifying glass icon to display all results related to your search term.

FINAL STEP

Select Your Event

Click on the event you want to open or edit.
From here, you can manage images, settings, and more.
