How to Create a Deposit Form with Pay in Full Option
You can easily create a deposit form in your PhotoBiz account that allows clients to choose between paying a deposit or paying in full. This guide will walk you through how to set up this option using a Radio Select block and a Payment block in your form.
BEFORE YOU START
Be sure that you have a merchant configured to process your form payments.

STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the FORM NAME you want to edit, or create a new form for your deposit form.
Tip: If you have multiple forms or categories set up, use the search bar to quickly locate the form you want to edit.
STEP THREE
Add a RADIO SELECT block to your form.
You’ll use this block to give clients the option to pay their deposit or pay in full. This allows you to collect either the deposit amount or the full payment directly from this form.
STEP FOUR
Rename your Radio Select block to Payment Options.
Click on the section labeled Radio Title and rename it. You can delete the Radio Description field or add instructions such as “Please choose one of the options below.”
STEP FIVE
Make your Radio Select block required, then configure your radio select options.
Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the Radio Select block and choose Advanced.
STEP SIX
Click on the name for Choice 1 in the advanced settings.
Under Title, enter a name such as SESSION DEPOSIT, and under Additional Fee, enter the cost for the deposit amount.
Leave Quantity blank and do not select any options under Conditional Fields.
Click SAVE CHANGES to add your first choice.
STEP SEVEN
Click on Choice 2 to add your Pay in Full option.
Under Title, enter a name such as PAY IN FULL, and under Additional Fee, enter the total session amount.
Leave Quantity blank and do not select any options under Conditional Fields.
Click SAVE CHANGES to add your Pay in Full option.
STEP EIGHT
Delete any extra choices by checking the box next to the unwanted choices and clicking DELETE.
STEP NINE
Add a PAYMENT BLOCK to your form.
In the right-side menu under the Miscellaneous section, click Payment to add the block.
STEP TEN
Set your Payment Block Price to $0.00.
You can also choose whether to charge sales tax. Click SAVE CHANGES to make your payment block live on your form.
Good to Know:
The Radio Select block controls the total amount your client will pay at checkout based on their selection, either Session Deposit or Pay in Full. Client's won't be able to choose both options with this type of set up.
WHAT YOUR CLIENTS WILL SEE
Preview your form to make sure everything looks correct.
Your clients will see two payment options — Session Deposit or Pay in Full — and the checkout total will display $0.00 until they make a selection. The total will automatically update based on their choice.
