Overview
Client Galleries in PhotoBiz include a cover page for each event. By default, this cover page can display the event name, an Open button, and a background image from the event.
You can remove the cover image if you do not want a thumbnail or background image to appear in the client gallery invitation. This article explains how to update the Cover Page settings for a Client Galleries event and select No Image for the cover image.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on Client Galleries in the left-side menu.
Click EVENTS at the top center of your Client Galleries dashboard.
Click the name of the Client Galleries event you want to update.
If you have multiple events, use the search bar to find the event by name.
On the left side of the event settings, click Cover Page.
Click the Cover Page section to open your customization options. Under Cover Image, select No Image, then click Save Changes.
Your client gallery invitation will no longer include a thumbnail preview image. Clients will still see the event name and Open button, but no cover image will appear in the invitation.
After you remove the cover image, the invitation email will be sent without a thumbnail preview image.
When your client clicks through to view the event, what they see next depends on your event’s password and email collection settings. In most cases, clients will see your logo, the event name, and any required login fields without a cover image on the login screen.
You can return to the Cover Page settings at any time to add a cover image again.
Common reasons to remove a cover image include:
Why is my invitation still showing an image?
Make sure No Image is selected under Cover Image and that you clicked Save Changes after updating the setting.
Will removing the cover image delete any gallery images?
No. Removing the cover image only changes the cover page and invitation display. It does not delete any images from the Client Galleries event.
Can I add a different cover image later?
Yes. You can return to the event’s Cover Page settings and choose a cover image at any time.
