With PhotoBiz ECommerce, you can sell downloadable products like PDFs, e-books, presets, and other digital files. You control how long customers can access their download and the number of download attempts. Follow these steps to set up your product download!
Getting Ready:
We recommend using the FILES section of your PhotoBiz account to host your digital product downloads. You can upload any of the following file types:
JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, ICO, MP3, JS, CSS, & SVG
The Files section of your PhotoBiz account can support files up to 50MB by adding the Original Files premium upgrade.
You can also add an external link for your customers to access their digital product downloads.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the ECOMMERCE option in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over the SELL ONLINE option at the top of your ECommerce control panel and click on PRODUCTS.
STEP THREE
Choose an existing product to add your digital download, or click New Product to create a new one.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Digital Download tab.
In the LINK TO section, select File to upload from PhotoBiz. Pick your file from the CHOOSE A FILE dropdown list.
- If you’re using an external link, choose External Link from the LINK TO dropdown and paste the URL in the field.
Additional Settings:
You can set options like:
- Number of Days Download Is Available - Control how long the link is valid after purchase.
- Maximum Downloads Per Order - Set how many download attempts are allowed per order.
Finally, click Save Changes to update your product with the digital download!
