The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder allows you to create forms to capture information from your leads and clients. You can also use your forms to allow your clients to upload files to you. Some great examples of where the file upload button is helpful are:
- A customer questionnaire and you need a head shot of a client.
- A custom product order form that you want to use images from a client to personalize a gift.
- A job application that you want candidates to be able to submit a PDF version of their resume with.
This guide will walk you through the steps of adding a file upload option to your forms.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the form you want to add an upload option to or create a new form.
STEP THREE
Click on the MISCELLANEOUS section and then click on FILE UPLOAD to add an upload button.
You can add up to 5 upload buttons to a single form.
All files that are submitted through your forms are automatically captured and stored with the contact upon submission so it's very easy for you to access submitted files inside your PhotoBiz account as well as from the notification email that you are sent once the form has been completed and submitted.
