Overview
A Google Business Profile helps your photography business appear on Google Search and Google Maps. If someone helps manage your business information, reviews, photos, posts, or local SEO, you can invite them to access your Google Business Profile.
This guide walks you through how to add another user to your Google Business Profile and choose their access level. After you send the invitation, the person will receive an email from Google and must accept the invitation before they can access your profile.

Before you begin, make sure you have access to the Google account that owns or manages the Google Business Profile.
You will also need the email address of the person you want to invite.
Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that has administrator access to your Google Business Profile.
If you manage more than one business, select the Business Profile you want to update.
Open your Business Profile tools and click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
From the menu that opens, select Business Profile settings.
In the Business Profile settings panel, select People and access.
This section shows the users who currently have access to your Google Business Profile. It may also show any pending invitations that have not been accepted yet.
Click the Add button.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. Make sure the email address is correct before continuing, because Google will send the invitation to that address.
Choose the access level you want to give the user, then click Invite.
Google Business Profile access levels may include Owner and Manager. Owners have more control over the profile, including user access settings. Managers can help manage business information, photos, posts, reviews, and other profile content, but have fewer administrative controls than owners.
After you click Invite, Google sends an email invitation to the person you added. They must accept the invitation before they can access your Google Business Profile.
Only give access to people you trust to help manage your business information.
If you are inviting a marketing provider, SEO specialist, office manager, or team member, Manager access is often the best option unless they need full ownership-level control.
You can return to People and access later to review current users, manage pending invitations, or remove access from someone who no longer needs it.
If the invited person does not receive the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. You can also confirm that the email address was entered correctly from the People and access section.
I do not see Business Profile settings
Make sure you are signed in with the Google account that owns or manages the Business Profile. If you are signed in with a different Google account, you may not see the correct settings.
I cannot add another user
Your current access level may not allow you to manage users. You may need to contact the profile owner and ask them to add the user or update your access level.
The invitation has not been accepted
The invited user must open the email from Google and accept the invitation. Until they accept it, their access may show as pending.
