How to Change the Layout of the Scheduler Block

The Scheduler Block in PhotoBiz adds an online scheduler to your website, making it easy for clients to book recurring sessions or mini sessions directly through your site. It also includes multiple layout options that let you change the appearance of your services—without needing to rebuild the block or re-enter your content. These layout options allow you to adjust the look of your text, images, and features to better fit your overall website design.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Select the page that contains the Scheduler Block you want to update.
You’ll see the block labeled with “Scheduler” in the top-left corner to help you identify it.

STEP THREE

Find the Scheduler Block on the page. There are two ways to change the layout:

Option One: One-Click Layout Change
In the upper-right corner of the block, you'll see the current layout name with arrows on either side. Click the arrows to scroll through layout options and preview them instantly.
The layout updates automatically—there’s no need to click save.

Important: If you're using a Single Item Layout, you'll need to use Option Two, as these layouts require selecting a specific service to feature.

Option Two: Change Layout in the Right Side Panel

Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the block.
From the dropdown menu, select CHANGE LAYOUT.

STEP FOUR

If you're using Option Two, a layout selection panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
Browse through the available layouts, and when you find the one you want, click Save under that layout.

Your changes will appear immediately in the builder preview. To see how the updated layout looks on your live website, click the VIEW SITE button at the top of the builder.

Scheduler Block Layout Options

You can choose from multiple layout styles to display your services. Below is a breakdown of each layout type:

Modern & Editorial Grids

  • Modern Square / Portrait / Landscape

  • Editorial Circle / Square / Portrait / Landscape
    These layouts show the service title and price directly on top of the image.

Designer Layouts

  • Pinboard / Portrait / Landscape – Title appears below the image, price appears on the image

  • Image Left / Bottom – Image appears beside or below the text

Classic & Contemporary Styles

  • Classic Landscape / Layers

  • Contemporary Square / Landscape

  • Classic / Contemporary / Designer Menu – No images, text only

Menu Styles

  • Center / Stack Menu – Text-only layout shown in two columns

Single Item Views

  • Portrait / Square / Landscape – Displays one service at a time
