How To View Tags Used In Forms?

How to View Contact Tags in PhotoBiz

Overview

Tags help you organize contacts in your PhotoBiz account, including contacts who submit forms and contracts. The Tags page shows each tag and how many contacts are associated with it. You can click a tag name to edit it or click its contact count to see who has that tag.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of the Contacts Dashboard, click TAGS. Your tags appear in a list with a # OF CONTACTS column.

If you have multiple pages of tags, click a page number above the list to see more.

FINAL STEP

Find the tag you want to review. Click the tag name to edit it, or click the number in the # OF CONTACTS column to view the contacts associated with that tag. A count of 0 means no contacts are currently associated with it.

Helpful Notes

Use Sort By to arrange the list by Name, A-Z, Name, Z-A, or Contact Count. You can also click new tag to create a tag.
