How To View Contacts Who Booked a Scheduler Service with a Specific Tag
You can use scheduler service tags in PhotoBiz to organize your scheduler services and track client bookings more efficiently. When a customer books a service that includes a specific tag, their contact record will also include that tag. This makes it easy to create lists of clients who have booked certain types of sessions.
Important Note:
Only bookings made after a tag has been added to a scheduler will appear in this list. Tags cannot be applied retroactively to past bookings.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
In the drop down menu on the right side of your contacts, you'll see a drop down menu, click on that and choose the tag you want to pull the list for. Your contact list will be display the client information for who's booked a particular session.
