PhotoBiz allows you to customize the labels used throughout your ECommerce system and Client Galleries using the Language settings in your account. This is useful if you want your website wording to better match your brand, pricing structure, or photography workflow. Custom labels apply globally and affect both ECommerce and Client Galleries. These label changes also control how labels appear on client receipts during the checkout process. This guide walks you through how to update those labels step by step.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Access to your PhotoBiz account
An active website with ECommerce or Client Galleries enabled
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
At the top center of the My Account control panel, hover your mouse over SETTINGS and click LANGUAGES in the men that opens.
Update any label by replacing the existing text with your preferred wording.
You can customize both Singular and Plural versions of the following labels:
Appointment
Buy
Cart
Comment
Coupon
Event
Favorite
Featured
Gallery
Gift Card
Image
Invoice
Other Items
Post
Product
Service
Tag
Zip Code
Click Save Changes to apply your custom labels to your ECommerce system and Client Galleries.
Label changes apply globally across your website, ECommerce, Client Galleries, and client receipts.
Custom labels are ideal for photographers who want to rename items like “Products,” “Services,” or “Appointments” to better match their offerings.
You can revert to default labels at any time by removing the custom text and saving your changes.
