PhotoBiz Website Package includes the Quotes & Invoices tool that allows you to generate custom quotes and invoices for your clients. This guide will walk you through the steps of changing the expiration date on a quote you've sent to your client.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Quotes & Invoices on the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Quote Number you want to change the expiration date for.
STEP THREE
Click on the EDIT button on the upper, right corner of your Quote.
FINAL STEP
Click on the EXPIRES ON DATE option in the right-side menu that opens up and update the expiration date. Click on save changes to apply your new expiration date to your Quote.
After you've updated your expiration date, the person you're sending the quote to will be able to approve it.
