How Do I Delete A Contact?

How to Delete Contacts in PhotoBiz

You can delete contacts from your PhotoBiz CRM at any time. Deleting a contact will permanently remove all information associated with them, including form submissions, client gallery activity, emails, files, and scheduler appointments. This action cannot be undone, so only delete contacts when you are sure you no longer need their information.

You do not need to delete contacts to manage your email marketing lists. Email addresses that unsubscribe or bounce as non-deliverable are automatically removed from future marketing sends.

Important Note

Deleting a contact cannot be undone. This includes all of their form submissions, client gallery activity, emails, files, and scheduler appointments.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Find the contact or contacts you want to delete.
Check the box next to each name you want to remove, then click the DELETE button at the top.

Good To Know: You can use the search field to type in the contact information you'd like to delete.

FINAL STEP

A confirmation message will appear stating:

“Deleting this contact will permanently remove all associated data, including: form submissions, conversations, client galleries activity, files, scheduler appointments, and email invites history. This action cannot be undone.”

Click YES, DELETE IT to confirm.

Once deleted, the contact and all of their associated data are permanently removed from your account and cannot be recovered.

Additional Notes

  • You do not need to delete a contact to prevent them from receiving marketing emails.
PhotoBiz automatically excludes any email address that has unsubscribed or bounced as non-deliverable.

  • If you want to keep the contact record but stop sending them marketing emails manually, you can update their email preferences directly in their contact profile.
