How to Customize Colors and Icons in Client Galleries

Overview

PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to control the look and feel of your gallery events so they match your brand. You can customize colors, button styles, and icon designs using built-in theme settings. This helps create a consistent, professional experience for your clients.

In this guide, you will learn how to access your theme settings, choose a new theme, and customize colors and icons for your Client Galleries.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on DESIGN at the top, center of your Client Gallery controls.

STEP THREE

Click on the THEMES button to access the settings for the theme of your client galleries. The default theme is called designer and features a blue accent color and rounded icons.

Click on the EDIT button to edit the theme you have select or click on ADD A THEME to choose from the other available theme options.

ADD A THEME

If you click on ADD A THEME, you can choose from the available theme layouts including, Classic, Sunshine, Mint, Bold, Sea Breeze, Nature, Designer, Cool Breeze, Monochromatic, & Warmer Daze. Click on the theme you want to use and then click on the ADD button to add this to your Client Galleries control panel. 

EDIT THEME

You can also customize a theme to change the colors. Click on a theme and then click edit. Now you can see the buttons and icons styles and colors. You can click to select a different button and icon style.

If you choose to edit your theme, you can choose the BUTTONS AND ICONS you wish to use as well as customize your client galleries COLOR SCHEME.

BUTTONS AND ICONS

You can select the style of buttons and icons you wish to use in your client galleries from Original, Ghost, Flat Square, Round Ghost, Round, & Classic. Simply click on the style of buttons and icons you wish to use and it will be outlined as the selected option.

Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the screen to apply the selection to your client galleries.

COLORS

To change the colors, you can click on the color block to see a select a color tool or you can enter a hex code. The colors are universal for all of your proofing events.

  • Background: Color that displays behind all of the pictures and text.
  • Text: Color that text displays (e.g., menu, navigation, file names).
  • Accent: Highlight color used to indicate the gallery you are in, as well as the number of favorites or comments and your menu and grid buttons.
  • Button text: Color that displays text on top of accent color for buttons (e.g., number of favorites and comments).

After you modify the theme settings, click save changes.
