PhotoBiz lets you share Forms & Contracts directly with clients using an email invitation. This is ideal when you do not want a form publicly accessible on your website. Invitations are sent from your control panel and include your branding, logo, and a custom message. By the end of this guide, you will know how to send a form or contract to one or more clients by email and confirm delivery.
Prerequisites
Only include this section if missing requirements would prevent completion.
You must have an existing Form or Contract created in your PhotoBiz account.
The recipient must not be unsubscribed from your email list.
Important: If a contact has previously unsubscribed from your email list, they will not receive form or contract email invitations.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on Forms from the left-hand menu.
Search or click on the form name you want to share with your client. If you have multiple categories or pages of forms, you can use the search bar to find your form you want to share.
Click the Share button in the upper right corner of the form editor.
Click Email Invite to share the form via email. You can select an existing contact from your Contacts list or enter a new email address manually.
Add one or more contacts or email addresses. Existing leads, clients, or imported contacts will appear in the dropdown list. You can also use Add Contact to enter a new email address. When finished, click CONTINUE.
Customize the following email details:
Click Send to deliver the email invitation to your selected recipients.
