The MERCHANTS section of ecommerce is where you can set up methods to accept payments on your PhotoBiz Website, Client Galleries, Scheduler, Forms, and Quotes & Invoices. We have several merchant options for both online and offline payments. Depending on the merchant type you select, you will be prompted to enter your merchant identification information from your provider that will connect to your merchant gateway. You can also sign up for and connect to Stripe, Square, and iTransact directly through your PhotoBiz account control panel.
Pro Tip: Your merchant(s) will allow you to accept credit and debit card payments as well as process refunds on orders.
STEP ONE
Access the ECommerce section of your PhotoBiz control panel.
STEP TWO
Click on PAYMENT at the top of your control panel and in the drop down menu, select MERCHANTS.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW MERCHANT button.
STEP FOUR
Choose the merchant you prefer to use for your payment method.
PhotoBiz supports both online payment methods via Stripe, Square, Paypal, Authorize.net, Itransact, Payflow Pro, or PayJunction and you also have the ability to accept offline payments, which allows your clients to place an order with you and pay in person with cash, check, credit/debit card, or using a mobile payment service such as Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, etc.
FINAL STEP
Choose where you want your payment method available.
You can choose to set your merchant to be active for the following places:
Store: Activates your merchant to process credit/debit card payments related to Client Galleries, Products, Services, and Scheduler on your website.
Invoicing: Activates your merchant to process credit/debit card payments using the Quotes & Invoicing tool.
Forms: Activates your merchant for processing credit/debit card payments through the Form Payments block on the form and contract builder.
You can also add special instructions and a custom thank you message that your customers will see during the checkout process if they select that particular merchant.
Depending on which merchant you configure, you'll have the option to choose what type of cards you accept and click on the ADD MERCHANT button and you'll be able to begin accepting payments.
