You can request to cancel your PhotoBiz account at any time. The process to request cancellation of your PhotoBiz account is easy, you simply have to let us know via chat, email, or writing so we have documentation the account holder has requested to cancel their website membership with us.
Important Note: PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money back guarantee on new Website Package membership from the day you create your first account. Cancellation requests placed outside of the 30-day money back guarantee period are not eligible for refunds for unused membership.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and open a live chat or submit a support ticket with your request to cancel your account. Live chat or the PhotoBiz Assistant can be found in the lower right corner of your PhotoBiz control panel.
Your request will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. For cancellations made any time in the middle of a billing cycle, your Plan will be terminated at that point and no further payment will be drafted or billed. No prorated refunds will be given. No refunds or credits will be given for the termination of a brand-free product, domain product, email product, additional account storage product or annual plan products.
You will have access to your PhotoBiz account and records until your next billing date. After that, should you need access to your account records, content, or use your account again, you can reactivate your PhotoBiz account any time in the next 180 days by logging in and updating your payment information on file.
