PhotoBiz Client Galleries events make it very easy to share your client images via private, password-protected galleries where your clients can mark favorites, leave comments, and more on their images. This guide will show you how your clients can mark their favorite images and submit them back to you OR share access to them via email with their family & friends.
Your clients can easily mark their favorites by clicking or tapping on the heart icon in the lower-left corner of their images. As your clients mark favorites, they're automatically added to the favorites list and can be viewed in the Favorites gallery located at the top left of their Client Galleries event.
Once your clients have had the opportunity to review their favorites, they simply can click on the SEND FAVORITES button to submit their favorite images.
When clicking or tapping on SEND FAVORITES, your clients can share the favorites directly back to you OR share a link via email to family and friends for them to be able to sign into the event and take a look at their favorites as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have disabled sharing on this client gallery event, your clients will only have the option to send their favorites to you. They will not have the option to send their favorites to Other (Friends and Family).
Here's what your notification email will look like once your client has send their favorites to you.
If your client shares with Other (Friends & Family), the recipient gets an email with thumbnails and file names of the images. You can click on each image to see it in the large view of the event. (Note: If you scroll through the slideshow you will be going through the whole slideshow, not just the favorites.)

This is a great way to get your customers to tell you when they are done tagging images for you to create an album or to do retouching, or to share their favorites with friends and family.
