Overview
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes a built-in blog that allows you to share updates, promotions, featured sessions, announcements, and helpful content with your audience. After a blog post is published, you can share it directly from the Blog post builder using the Share button.
The Share panel includes three sections: Email Invite, Email Campaign, and Share. You can send a blog post to specific contacts, create a full email marketing campaign with Ask PhotoBiz AI, copy the public blog post URL, share to social media, or download a QR code.
In this guide, you will learn how to share a published blog post using the sharing tools available in your PhotoBiz Blog dashboard.
Before you begin, make sure your blog post is published. Blog posts must be published before they can be shared using the built-in sharing options.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BLOG in the left-side menu.
This opens your Blog dashboard, where you can view, create, edit, and manage your blog posts.
Open the blog post you want to share.
Click the name of the blog post you want to share. If you have many blog posts, you can use the search bar to locate the post by name.
Review the post to make sure the content is complete and the post is published.
Click the Share button located toward the top right of the Blog post builder.
The sharing panel will open on the right side of your screen. You will see three sections: Email Invite, Email Campaign, and Share. Each section gives you a different way to promote or distribute your published blog post.
Use Email Invite when you want to send your blog post directly to specific contacts or email addresses.
In the email field, begin typing the recipient’s email address. If the person is already saved in your PhotoBiz Contacts, their name will appear and you can select them. If the person is not already saved as a contact, finish typing the email address to add them to the invitation list.
After you have added your recipients, click the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the sharing panel.
Before sending, you can review and customize the email invitation.
You can update the following fields:
When your email invitation is ready, click the SEND button.
After sending, you will see a confirmation screen letting you know that your blog post email invitation was successfully sent.

Ask PhotoBiz AI will use your blog post as the starting point for the email content, helping you create a marketing message that promotes the post and encourages readers to visit your website.
After creating the campaign, you will be directed to the PhotoBiz Email Campaign builder in the Marketing Dashboard. Review the email campaign before sending it to your audience.
