You will get notifications from your PhotoBiz account depending on which of your products you are actively using. Notifications can include any of the following:
- Billing/Membership Emails
- Form Submissions
- Order Notifications
- Appointments
- Proofing Comments/Favorites
- Blog Comments
- Conversations
Sometimes your email provider may incorrectly treat these messages as spam. The best way to prevent this from happening is to add the following PhotoBiz notification server address as a contact/address book entry in your email service:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
You can also add photobiz.com to your safe sender list if your email provider supports that feature. You can also create a filter in your email program so that notifications do not go to spam.
Pro Tip: All notifications are also captured and stored in your PhotoBiz account with your CRM so you can easily find them on the home page of your PhotoBiz account if you miss a notification email.
Here are some useful links in how to create filters for some of the more commonly used email providers:
Creating an email filter with Google Workspace or Gmail
Creating an email filter with Go Daddy Office 365
Creating an email filter with Yahoo email
Please Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with these email services, any questions about creating filters with 3rd party email services will need to go through your email provider's support option.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: At PhotoBiz, we send email notifications for various purposes, such as membership renewals, form submissions, client gallery activities, ecommerce orders, and more. We also use email validation to prevent our email servers from being marked as spam. If an email address rejects our notification email, it's marked as non-deliverable and added to a list of bounced emails. This helps maintain our email server's reputation for not sending emails to invalid addresses.
If you haven't been receiving PhotoBiz notification emails recently, please contact us through a phone call or live chat. We can check if your email address is marked as non-deliverable and help you restore your notifications.
