If you are experiencing difficulty with uploading your images, there are a number of things you can try. Very often one or a combination of the following will solve the problem.
For Mac users, we recommend using Safari or Firefox to upload images, as these browsers are most compatible with our uploader. Make sure your browser is up to date by running updates for the browsers when you are prompted to.
For PC users, we recommend using Google Chrome to upload images, as this browser is most compatible with our uploader on Windows machines.
Make sure your images are in .jpg or .png (where applicable) format only. If your images are not in one of these two formats, you can use image editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP to convert them to .jpg format. Simply changing the file extension will not convert the image.
Note: PNG format images can be used on backgrounds, logos, splash intro links, watermarks, and icons. Gallery and Banner images are JPG format only.
Clear Browser Cache
If you've been working on your site for awhile or have worked on multiple pages within your site, your browser cache can hold on to old/incorrect information. While the purpose of this is to help speed up your browsing experience, it can get in the way when you are updating information more frequently than the browser is checking for new information.

For best results, we recommend that you upload no more than 700 images at a time, with each image under 4MB. As a reminder, our recommended image size is 3000x1730 pixels. Our system will automatically optimize your images for the web, however you can save them to 72 DPI web-ready images in advance.
