If you would like to track the activty in your ecommerce events, you have the ability to do so from your control panel. This is a great tool to view many statistics of your events such as the number of views, as well as be able to collect email addresses associated with the vent. To begin to collect email addresses mouse over events and click preferences.

Set the option for require email address at event login to yes. Then click save changes.

Next mouse over tracking and click events. Here you have the ability to select from a list of dates to view reports for by clicking on the from date and to date. You can also choose to view all categories or choose a specific event category. Once you have selected your options, click on the view button.

Your report will display any events within the date range and category you have selected. You will see the event name, event creation, & number of visits. To view the detailed report for a specific event, click on the grey view button in the row following the event name.

There are two (2) different views for your detailed event tracking reports:  

  • Summary: The summary report shows the number of visits and if you have email collection activated, the email addresses of visitors to your event will display as well. The saved email addresses are separated by commas so that you can easily copy and paste them into email programs for marketing or promotions.

  • Graph: The graph report offers a closer look at your event traffic as it will break down this traffic into the individual days of the months that your event was active. You can also mouse over the date bar to view how many visits happened that day.
