Taglines are used to display small pieces of information, such as your copyright, links to your important webpages, or contact information. Multiple taglines are separated by vertical bars.
Taglines allow you to display short, useful pieces of information in your website footer — such as your copyright notice, important page links, or contact details. Each tagline can include text only or text linked to a specific action. When you add multiple taglines, they will display as individual items, separated by either spacing or a vertical line depending on the template you are using.
Follow the steps below to add and edit taglines in your PhotoBiz footer.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
Click FOOTER at the bottom of the left-side panel of the Website Builder.
Click TAGLINE from the options on the right-side menu to add a Tagline block to your website footer.
Click on the Tagline block in your footer, or click the pencil icon at the top-right of the block to begin editing.
Click NEW TAGLINE in the right-side menu to add a new tagline.
Configure the options for your tagline in the Edit Taglines section:
LABEL
This is the text that will appear on your website footer.
LINK TO
This determines what happens when visitors click your tagline. Options include:
NONE: The tagline is not clickable.
EXTERNAL LINK: Link to any URL outside of your PhotoBiz website.
PAGE: Link to an existing page or block in a page on your website.
FORM: Connect the tagline to a custom form created in your Form Builder.
MARKETING: Link to a Marketing Campaign or Landing Page.
FILE: Link to a PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF uploaded in the DOCUMENTS area of your FILES section.
PHONE: Allows visitors to click to call you.
EMAIL: Opens the visitor’s default email program to send you a message.
ADDRESS: Opens the linked location in Google Maps.
VIDEO: Paste a YouTube or Vimeo embed code to display the video in a lightbox.
Each individual tagline must be added separately. Your template will automatically place spacing or a vertical bar between each tagline item.
Examples of common footer tagline setups:

© 2025 Your Studio Name | Privacy Policy | Terms of Service
© 2025 Your Studio Name | Call Us: 555-555-5555 | Greensboro, NC

To achieve these examples, create each tagline (such as “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Service”) as its own separate tagline item.
You can adjust styling settings specific to the Tagline block. These settings override your global Design settings:
Space Below Blocks: Adjusts the space before the next block begins.
Space Inside Blocks: Adjusts the padding at the top and bottom of the block.
These color settings override your global color selections under the DESIGN tab:

You can set a custom background image for the Tagline block if you want it to differ from the main site background.
You can customize the font type, size, spacing, and line height used for your footer tagline items.
If your taglines are not appearing in the footer:
Make sure the Tagline block is added to your footer layout.
Verify that the footer is enabled for the page you are viewing in your page settings.
Confirm your LABEL text is not set to the same color as the background.
