PhotoBiz Client Galleries allows your customers to purchase digital downloads directly from their online gallery. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to set individual digital print downloads for sale with your ECommerce.

STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
This will allow you to access the ECommerce control panel for your PhotoBiz account.
STEP TWO
Click on SELL ONLINE and choose DIGITAL IMAGES from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW IMAGE button to add a new digital print for sale.
If you've already created digital images for sale, this section will display them.
STEP FOUR
Configure your new digital image.
This section allows you to configure the following:
- NAME
- PRICE
- RESOLUTION
Web Resolution: Allow your customers to purchase and download a low-resolution file for use on the web.
Print Resolution: Allow your customers to purchase and download a high-resolution file suitable for printing up to an 11"x14" print.
Original Files: This is a premium upgrade on some accounts that allows you to offer digital images at their original size (up to 50MB). To learn how to add this feature to your account, please click here.
- ACTIVE - choose whether this is active or not with your ecommerce
- CHARGE TAX - charge sales tax, yes or no
Please Note: In order to offer print-resolution downloads, images must be uploaded at 3000 x 1730 pixels. For Original Files, upload your images up to 50MB.
Click add digital image to save your digital print option.
Pro Tip: If you offer multiple resolutions/prices for your digital downloads, you can repeat these steps and add them to your price list.
Once a client has placed an order for a digital print, they will receive an email with a download link for their digital prints. The download link will not work until the order status is paid.
