Email notifications are sent out for many different items in your PhotoBiz account, including inquiries through your forms, orders from your client galleries, scheduled appointments, and more.
If you save the PhotoBiz Notification Server email as a contact in your email, it will show the name you have saved for each notification email. One thing we see from time to time is a client accidentally saves a contact inquiry email and all their notifications start to appear to be coming from the same person. All you need to do to resolve this is log into your email or check your contacts for emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com and remove the email address from your contact that is displaying as the notification server email.
