We want our clients to love our products as much as we do. That is why we offer our clients a 14 day money back guarantee.  If you do not feel we have delivered the service you expected, or do not fit your needs, you may request to terminate your Plan within the first 14 days from your initial order date and request a refund.  The guarantee is offered to first time clients only.  There will be no refunds when canceling your Plan after the first 14 days of your initial order date. All cancellation requests should be sent to:

Submitted through the Support icon at the top right corner of the control panel.  All refunds must be submitted in writing either by mail or emailed through the Support section of your PhotoBiz Control Panel.

Your request will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.  Your Plan will be terminated at that point and no further payment will be drafted or billed.  YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IF YOU SIGN-UP AGAIN FOR AN ADDITIONAL 14-DAY REFUND.

Before cancellation, it is your responsibility to: 1) back up all content on the Website and to 2) delete all content from the Website.  After cancellation, any content you have left on the Website may no longer be retrieved.  We will not be held liable for any loss of content.
